Monkey Shoulder (2 parts), Ginger Pineapple Syrup (1/2 part), Tiki Bitters (3 dashes). Mix with ice, stir, strain over fresh ice, garnish with pineapple frond and wedge.
Glenfiddich 12 Year Old (1.5 parts), Blueberry Juice (1 part), Simple Syrup (1/2 part), Italian Lemon Soda (3 parts). Serve in highball glass with ice, garnish with lemon twist.
Isle of Skye 12yr (2 oz), Pineapple Syrup (.75 oz), Lemon Wedges (3), Mint Leaves (4), Bitters (1 dash). Mix in rocks glass, stir, garnish with pineapple frond and mint.
Sparkling Peach Iced Tea (5 oz), Johnnie Walker Black Label (1.5 oz). Mix in iced-filled highball glass, stir with peach slice and thyme or lemon wedge.
Lagavulin 16 Year Old Single Malt (1.5 oz), Cointreau (1.0 oz), Lime Juice (1.0 oz), Agave Nectar (0.25 oz), Jalapeno (2-3 slices). Shake with ice, strain into rocks glass over ice.
Buchanan’s Pineapple (1.5 oz), Pineapple Juice (2 oz), Coconut Cream (1 oz), Fresh Lime Juice (0.75 oz), Angostura Bitters, Lime Wheel. Shake with ice, strain into highball glass.
Torabhaig Cnoc Na Mòine (1.75 oz), Triple Sec (0.5 oz), Fresh Lime Juice (0.75 oz), Orange Bitters (1 dash), Apricot Jam (1 heaped barspoon). Shake over ice, strain into chilled coupette glass.
Deanston Virgin Oak (2 oz), Sparkling Water (4 oz), Lemon. Fill highball glass with ice, add whisky and sparkling water, stir gently, garnish with lemon wedge.
The Balvenie DoubleWood 12-Year-Old (1 ½ parts), Amaro di Angostura (½ part), Ancho Chile (¼ part), Allspice Dram (¼ part). Mix in rocks glass with ice, stir briefly, garnish.
Combine 1.5 parts Monkey Shoulder, 3 parts Dr. Pepper, and a small handful of honey roasted peanuts with ice after chilling both bottles in a cooler.
