I recommend accountability or workout mates for extroverts or folks who appreciate others. In some cases, skipping a workout is easier than disappointing a friend.

Pair Long Walks with Your Favorite Podcast

Despite my want to watch "Insecure" on my couch, I always listen to podcasts on walks to get and stay active.

If you can afford it, paying for an instructor to lead a group workout may drive you to exercise.
